Cancellations Policy

When you place an order with Inscension.shop, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at Info@inscension.shop within 2 hours of placing it.

Orders that have entered the production or shipping stages cannot be cancelled. This applies to custom, special order, and non-returnable items.

Cancellation requests may take a few days to process, and we will confirm via email once your cancellation is complete.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@inscension.shop. After we accept your return request, we'll provide specific instructions, including the exact address for returning your package. Our products are sourced from numerous suppliers, all located in the Guangdong Province, Zhongshan, Guzhen area in China. The precise return destination will depend on the particular item you're returning. We'll ensure you have all the necessary details for a smooth return process once we identify the item.

Return Shipping Costs
The costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Our suppliers are located in the Guangdong Province, Guzhen area in China, so shipping costs can vary depending on your location and the specific item. For an estimated return shipping cost, please contact your local post office.

If the return is due to goods damaged during transit, we will evaluate each case individually. We may request documentation such as photos, receipts, or proof of repair costs. Based on the evaluation, we may partially or fully refund the return shipping costs if appropriate. Please note that minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scuffs or small scratches) that does not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the item when in use, may not qualify for return shipping coverage. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Compensation for Damages
In cases where compensation for damage is requested, we may require you to provide proof of repair costs, such as receipts, before issuing any reimbursement. We reserve the right to assess the situation and may offer partial or full compensation based on the extent of the damage and the documentation provided. Please note that any compensation or refund is subject to our review and confirmation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  1. Custom-Made and Personalized Products: Products that have been specially customized or personalized to your specifications
  2. Final Sale or Clearance Items: These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Gift Cards: Unfortunately, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. Inscension.shop is not liable for delays attributable to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us by the transport company due to an address error, cancellation of the order is not possible. In such cases, it is the your responsibility to provide a valid and complete address for redelivery.
