Delivery Address Responsibility
To ensure smooth delivery, it is crucial for customers to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. Inscension.shop is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs or must arrange re-delivery directly with the local carrier. For packages delivered to a local pickup point (e.g., locker or parcel box), the customer must collect them within the carrier’s stated timeframe.
Once a shipment has arrived in the destination country and is handed over to the local carrier, final delivery coordination (including delivery attempts, scheduling, or collection at a local pickup point) is managed by the local carrier. The recipient is responsible for contacting the local carrier if required to complete the final delivery.
