I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-6 days processing time for items in stock and up to 10 days for made-to-order items before dispatch. Average shipping times are 12-15 days for small size products, 21-30 days for medium size and large product. International furniture orders may require and extra 4-12 weeks, depending on location.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.. Orders that have entered production or shipping stages cannot be cancelled. This includes custom, special order, and non-returnable items.

I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Sale items and custom-made/personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return process, contact us at info@inscension.shop. We will provide instructions and the return address, which varies depending on the item and supplier location.

What about refunds?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If the incorrect address is provided, notify us via email at info@inscension.shop within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and item type. We offer Worldwide Free Shipping on all orders. Note that during peak seasons, holidays, and sales events, shipping times may be extended.
