Really great quality, durable and stylish. Packaged well and arrived in great condition. The lightbulb supplied with the product was not good quality and came undone (the actual wires and connections inside the lightbulb dislodged - the bulb itself did not break), but the chandelier was in great condition and I was able to just buy another bulb for the chandelier from the supermarket that worked perfectly.
